Vendors

1. Jump Air Inc. will review all applications, and they reserve the full authority to approve or deny participation in the festival. 
2. Jump Air Inc. reserves the right to restrict the type and number of vendors and select vendors who best meet the event’s needs. 
3. Full payment is due upon approval. Please do not submit payment until you have received the approval email and invoice.
4. Jump Air Inc. will charge an additional $100 every 15 days if vendor booth payment is not paid by the due date indicated on the approval invoice. Failure to make full payment by May 8, 2025, will result in loss of vendor booth space.
5. Applications must be received by Aril 21, 2025. If approved by Jump Air Inc., any application submitted after April 21, 2025, will be invoiced an additional $200 late submission fee. Applications will not be accepted after May 1st, 2025.
